Pourline

Terms of Sale and Use

Last updated October 4, 2026. These terms are a binding contract between you and Island Global Co, a Delaware company ("Seller", "we"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to every term below. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not order.

1. Governing law

These terms and every dispute arising from them or from any Pourline product are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

2. Mandatory individual arbitration

Any dispute, claim or controversy relating to the site, an order or a product ("Dispute") will be resolved only by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, by a single arbitrator, conducted by written submissions or video where possible. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to proceed in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

3. Class action waiver

Disputes may be brought only in your individual capacity. You waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or award class-wide relief.

4. Informal resolution first

Before starting arbitration, you must send us a written notice describing the Dispute and the relief you want, and give us 30 days to resolve it. Notices filed without this step may be dismissed.

5. Time limit on claims

Any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose. A claim filed later is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

6. Fees

The prevailing party in any arbitration or court action recovers its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, to the extent the law allows. A party that rejects a written settlement offer and then receives a result no better than that offer pays the other party's fees and costs incurred after the offer.

7. Orders, prices and payment

All listings are offers to sell, not binding acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, correct any price or description error, and limit quantities. Payment is due in full before shipment. Pre-order items ship when available and dates are estimates, not promises.

8. Measuring accuracy

Graduation lines are a convenience for cooking and household use. They are approximate, with a tolerance of up to plus or minus five percent. Do not use Pourline products for pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical or other precision measurement. You are responsible for checking quantities where accuracy matters.

9. Safe use

Stoneware and enamel can chip, crack or shatter if dropped or exposed to sudden temperature change. Follow the care card that ships with each product. Do not use a damaged piece with food or drink. You assume the risk of misuse.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if we were told they were possible.

12. Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by you. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, product designs and the Pourline name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse it without written permission.

14. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or probe it, scrape it by automated means, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access at any time.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense, including attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version, and the new version governs orders placed after posting. If any term is held unenforceable, the rest stay in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us on their subject.
